The Paseo Wedding Venue

The Paseo was established in 2014 and started with a vision. It was always a dream of the owners to own and run a family business. They absolutely love the beauty that Arizona has to offer. Because of that, they wanted to bring a new, unique, outdoor venue to the Phoenix area that hadn't been seen before. They are passionate about the venue and sharing that with couples.

Brief History of the paseo Wedding Venue

Just as The Paseo's website states, and we agree.
There is no better place for a true Arizona wedding than The Paseo. It is carefully placed at the foot of the majestic Superstition Mountains, surrounded by the picturesque native Sonoran Desert, a romantic, completely unique, private outdoor venue. Our motivated staff will ensure your special day is all you've imagined. This unique level of attention could only come from a family-owned and operated venue. Your guests will be at ease in this intimate setting, where they will create lifelong memories.

Noteworthy features

The Paseo has three event spaces that provide plenty of flexibility for your big day. Each site takes full advantage of the gorgeous locale and offers plenty of terrific photo ops: an outdoor ceremony area, an outdoor reception area, and the indoor-outdoor wooden Pavilion. Whatever your preference, the Paseo can comfortably accommodate up to 200 guests.

A Dramatic First Look
The Paseo's mix of the desert landscape and rustic chic architecture is an idyllic bridal setting. Will you opt for a first look before the main event? We'll plan the perfect moment, framed against the dramatic Sonoran desert views or the Pavilion's barn doors.

Outdoor Vows and Sunset Cocktails
You will want to make the most of The Paseo's impressive scenery for your photos by arranging a lovely outdoor ceremony. Plan to say your "I Do's" on the raised stage of The Paseo's lush green ceremony area. You'll have the picturesque Superstition Mountains as the striking backdrop to your wedding vows. Amazing photographs are guaranteed! The Paseo's rustic wooden Pavilion is a great choice if you prefer to hold an indoor ceremony. It's also an excellent backup plan if Mother Nature doesn't cooperate!

After the ceremony, your guests will enjoy an outdoor cocktail hour and will likely be treated to a spectacular desert sunset. A nice touch: The Paseo's outdoor fireplace ensures comfort in those chilly desert evenings. This is an opportunity for some stunning couple and group portraits in this incredible, unique setting.

Romantic Reception Spaces
You can choose to dine and dance under the starry desert skies in the romantic ambiance of The Paseo's outdoor reception area. The festivities can extend into the spacious (4000 square feet) wooden Pavilion. This versatile indoor-outdoor space can seat up to 200 guests for couples who prefer an indoor celebration. The Pavilion's barn-like high ceilings and charming market lighting lend a rustic ambiance for some wonderful reception photos.

Accommodations for Ceremonies and Receptions

Whatever your plan, The Paseo provides two suites for the bridal couple and their attendants. In addition, you are assured that only one event is held at a time so that you will enjoy privacy and exclusive use of all The Paseo's facilities. The price can also vary depending on the day of the week and guest count.

Let the Paseo handle the details with the inclusive Saguaro Package starting at $19,900. This choice covers your catering (passed or buffet appetizers, entrée and beverages); bridal party and reception flowers from J. Barry Designs; bar service(bartender, mixers and basic bar supplies), entertainment by DTB Productions and a custom wedding cake from Piece of Cake Desserts.

If you prefer to select your own vendors, the Paseo offers two customizable packages, either for the ceremony and reception or the reception only beginning at $8,500. Both give you exclusive use of the entire venue and include a site coordinator, tables and chairs, shade umbrellas and heaters. The Paseo requires using one of their preferred caterers, DJs and their bartending service. You may bring in your own alcohol. All other vendors must be licensed and insured.
