Their bond grew stronger with each late-night study session and Korean BBQ takeout. Although Brian waited seven months to ask Amy on a date, their playful history only deepened their love.
Their first date was a night to remember, strolling up and down the charming Third Street Promenade in Santa Monica, where they stopped at Yankee Doodle, an arcade bar. Knowing Amy’s competitive nature, Brian challenged her to games but never “let” her win. Instead, they ended their playful evening with Hey Arnold! episodes on Netflix.
Brian’s proposal was equally enchanting. Before his trial, he planned a surprise trip to their favorite hiking spot in Malibu called Pointe Dume. As Amy snapped some photos, she turned to see Brian on one knee holding a ring box. Without hesitation, she exclaimed YES to his heartfelt proposal.
